In this situation, the widow has to take care of the household as well as her son’s maintenance, with the help of the accidental responsibility on the widow and the maintenance of the children as well as their education and health.
The younger generation of our society should help them to take advantage of such widow assistance scheme. So that the government can get the maximum benefit from the assistance provided.
Certified copy of evidence
- Applicant’s Application (As per Annexure-1/2)
- Affidavit (As per Appendix R / 2)
- Income Certificate (as per Annexure 5/1)
- Certificate of Widowhood (as per Appendix 1/3)
- Example of death of applicant’s husband
- In case of non-availability of applicant (widow) birth certificate or School Living Certificate, in either case the exemption on the age of the official of the Government Hospital / Civil Hospital.
- Certificates regarding applicant’s educational qualification.
- Mayan heirs’ generation
- Applicants in the age group of 4 to 8 years to submit a guarantee letter to the Talatisri on the involvement of any government-approved trade training within one year.
- Certificate for not marrying again. (Performed as Talatisree in July of every year.)
- Examples of officers having the appropriate authority to apply if they have a son over the age of 2 years, but are physically disabled or mentally unstable, suffer life imprisonment.
- The applicant must show the identification mark on his body.
